Class of 2026 Gift

The Class of 2026 Gift: A community space for Martlets now and for generations to come

Each year, Fifth Form families come together to contribute a legacy gift to Westminster to be completed over the summer, ready for students to enjoy during their Sixth Form year. Following the success of the Class of 2025 gift—a multi-use deck and outdoor lounge (including significant drainage and electrical infrastructure work) between the paddle courts and Jackson Hockey Rink—the Class of 2026 is excited to take the next step in expanding that beautiful space.

Students and parents in the Class of 2026 have collectively chosen their Class Gift project—a pavilion with gathering spaces and an outdoor fireplace. Class of 2026 families are excited to come together to leave an amazing legacy at Westminster, one that students can play a role in creating together and return to as proud alumni.

The Class of 2026 Gift will be a spot that all students can enjoy being together, from an impromptu team feed or class discussion to a form dinner to a Student Activities event for a Coffee House and s'mores. The Pavilion will celebrate and honor the concept of community on Williams Hill. Indeed, this whole area, nestled between the paddle courts and Jackson Hockey Rink, will not just be a space to pass through between practice and dinner; rather, it will be an intentional gathering space to pause, to stay a while, and to share in the Westminster experience.

Let’s Come Together to Surpass Last Year’s Fundraising Success

Our goal is for 100% of Class of 2026 families and students to participate in this transformational project!

We also hope to exceed the total that the Class of 2025 raised for their legacy gift. For context, the last few classes accomplished the following fundraising totals:

Class of 2025 - Multi-Use Deck and Outdoor Lounge - $272,732
Class of 2024 - Keyes Patio - $368,139
Class of 2023 - Light Up the Hill - $221,763

Funds must be raised by Commencement (May 24, 2025), which will allow the work to begin this summer and be completed by the fall term.
